A small plot typically yields a small home, but space limitations didn’t stop architecture studio Wittehaus from designing a spacious modern abode. The result, located in Charlotte, North Carolina, is a home that boasts four large bedrooms and an open floor plan despite its 1,990-square-foot footprint
The exterior looks tiny, but upon stepping inside visitors are greeted by a light-filled open floor plan that provides a new perspective. The space begins with a dining area and leads to a living room and a full kitchenette. Large sliding glass doors in the living space lead out to the front porch, while glass doors in the kitchen lead to a sitting area at the back
